When not in Europe, Chef Wilson is the Culinary Director
for Perimeter College in Atlanta, GA, where he teaches a
chefs program.
Previously, he owned a gourmet food shop and catering
business, served as food and beverage director for
Fernbank Museum of Natural History and has cooked for
