Sunday January 22, January 29, February 5 and February 19 4:00 - 8:00 pm
Culinary Boot Camp

This four day course is for all who want to improve their basic knife skills and basic cooking expertise. Learn how to prepare stocks, soups, vegetables, dry and moist heat cooking methods as well as basic sauces. A great way to start off the New Year!  $240.00 per person
