Cooking In Europe

Your Culinary Vacation  begins Sunday afternoon, kicking off a memorable and fun-filled week.  Students enjoy a relaxed schedule of daily cooking classes, culinary excursions and free time to explore on your own.  Ending the week on Friday after lunch.

You'll learn to cook regional favorites based on seasonal ingredients.  The programs are appropriate for all skill levels, however, students should have  a basic knowledge of kitchen skills.

We have designed a Culinary Vacation with you in mind.  An All Inclusive Package: 5 nights fine accommodations, 6 participatory cooking classes, all meals (with the exception of one lunch) with wines, culinary excursions with transportation and all transfers.  You stay with Chef John and experience the European way of life first hand.
