Terms of Payment For European Vacations
Registration provided with a non-refundable deposit of $750. Personal checks or VISA, MasterCard and AMEX credit card charges accepted. Once the deposit is received, you will be mailed an information packet which includes a letter of greeting, itinerary for your week, helpful hints and travel insurance brochure. Balance is due 60 days prior to departure. A reminder letter will be sent in advance of the due date.
Terms of Payment For Weekend Gourmet Getaways
Registration provided with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Personal checks or VISA, MasterCard and AMEX credit card charges accepted. Once the deposit is received, you will be mailed an information packet. Balance is due 30 days prior to your first class. A reminder letter will be sent in advance of the due date. You may transfer your class reservation to someone else if you cannot attend.
Cancellation Policy
Culinary Vacations, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any vacation or class for any reason. In the event of cancellation, Culinary Vacations, Inc. will refund any amounts paid prior to the cancellation which shall release Culinary Vacations, Inc. from any liability, including consequential expenses you may have incurred in planning to attend. You may cancel your reservation by sending written notice to Culinary Vacations, Inc. Upon receipt of your cancellation, you will receive a refund less the cancellation fees noted below. (Note that full travel insurance is offered to cover fees in case of cancellation).
- Cancellation for any reason incurs a $75 processing fee plus any penalties that may apply.
- Cancellation received more than 90 days before the first day of vacation/course date incurs a refund of all monies paid less 25%.
- Cancellation received 60 - 90 days before the first day of vacation/course date incurs a refund of all monies paid less 50%. If someone is taking your place, a full refund is processed less a $75 processing fee. The refund will be paid once the full vacation/course fee has been received from your replacement.
- Cancellation received less than 60 days before the first day of vacation or the course date incurs a no refund of any monies paid.
Responsibilities
I understand and agree that Culinary Vacations, Inc., its employees, officers and agents will not be liable for any claims, demands or causes of action of any kind or nature, foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of any injury, illness or damage to or loss of property or any other event or occurrence, including but not limited to acts of God, war, weather, strike, or other cause. I understand that I am responsible for my own travel arrangements to Europe as well as obtaining any necessary travel documents.
Registration for European vacations will not be processed without a deposit of $750 and signature of registrant.
