Chef Wendy Gay is a culinary educator, catering professional and chef. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Mrs. Gay has served the food service and hospitality industries in a number of roles.
Her career roles have included Catering Director for Brennan’s Restaurant of Houston, Texas, Catering Manager at the Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead, Club Manager at the Georgian Club, Catering Director at The Vinings Club (managed by The Ritz-Carlton) and Director of Training for the Futren Corporation (a club management firm). Most recently she was the Director of Catering at The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North Hotel.
