I am still basking in the Italian glow and extra pounds from our trip to Tuscany. The dates are set for April 28=May 3rd and October 6-October 11, 2019. We have the wonderful villa and I have added some exciting culinary experiences to the itinerary. Including having the 26th best rated Pizza Chef teach us the Italian way of making pizza. Come join us to enhance all your senses in Tuscany in 2019
The new villa I am renting for cooking classes in April and October 2019 is in Panzano. It is on a farm right outside of the center of Panzano. It is located on 57 acres of grape vines and olive trees. The owners produce their own Chianti wine and olive oil. The villa is spectacular and it accommodates 13 people. Come with me to Tuscany in the Spring or Fall for a culinary adventure which awakens all your senses to life in Tuscany.
Ciao, Chef Wendy
We arrived in Milan, Italy on Friday November 16th. Our first stop was driving to Pisa to see the leaning Tower. The drive took us 3 hours from the Milan airport. It was a pretty drive through the mountains. We arrived after sunset, so we saw the tower lit in red and white lights. It was more impressive than I imagined. The tower is located behind a walled fortress. The city of Pisa is not a place you would like to spend a lot of time. Even though it was out of way. it was a side trip worth taking. After Pisa it was on our way to Tuscany to see my new villa.
The new villa is located right outside of Panzano, Greve in Chianti. I will give more details in my next blog.
Ciao for now!
I am going to Tucany in November to plan my trips for 2019. I have made arrangements for a new villa in Tuscany. I will be posting videos and photos of my new villa. Stay tuned for my dates for next year.
We spent our first day in the cava (Spanish sparkling wine) area of Catalonia. Our first stop was at Codornui Winery
